As a homeowner in our beautiful new SummerGlen community, you are eligible to become a Member of the new SummerGlen Golf Club and to enjoy the many privileges of membership in our new equity membership club.

Your membership in the SummerGlen Golf Club will open the door to a widening array of golfing and other social activities within the SummerGlen community. Because we are a golfing community, many of our activities and events throughout the year will be centered on golfing activities. In most cases, these activities will be limited to Club Members.

If you are not yet a golfer, you may find that your Club Membership provides the perfect opportunity to learn the game, and you are likely to find new friends at just about any skill level. Even if you never intend to take up golf, you may find that the many social opportunities that membership offers will easily justify your membership cost.

Whether you are an avid or casual golfer, we are confident that you will find Club membership an enjoyable and rewarding experience. Even for those who do not play golf, many have found that joining the Club enhances their social and recreational opportunities as homeowners.

Advantages Of Membership

You Will Have Priority Use of Club Facilities
As our community grows, the number of people using our golf course facilities will grow as well. During peak seasons and times of day, we expect that more players will want to use the club than we will have tee times available. However, Club Members will always have the opportunity to select priority tee times and make advance reservations. In addition, the Club may elect to restrict non-member play in the future, so your membership will guarantee you the opportunity to play our beautiful course year-round.

Membership Offers Great Golfing Value
The SummerGlen Golf Club membership program has been designed to offer great value to those who enjoy golf on a regular basis. In general, if you play golf more than once a week, you will find that joining the club will save you money when compared to paying daily fees.

Membership Is An Important Part Of Your SummerGlen Ownership
Resident ownership is an important part of the SummerGlen concept. Unlike many communities where recreational facilities and other amenities are owned by the developer or a third-party entity, we have designed SummerGlen so that residents have the opportunity to own all of our facilities once we complete the community. While the SummerGlen Residents Club and other amenities will be owned by all homeowners, the golf course is intended to be owned by those who support the game of golf and the golf/social activities that the Club sponsors. By joining the Club, you are ensuring that you will have the opportunity to have a say in how the Club is run and its facilities are maintained for as long as you live at SummerGlen.

Your SummerGlen Golf Club Membership is also an important aspect of your home purchase, and you may arrange for the buyer of your home to obtain your membership through the Club, upon payment of applicable fees. Because the number of club members is limited, your membership may become increasingly valuable as our community grows. We have also provided for an orderly transfer of memberships should you ever have the need to resign from the Club.
