PROPERTY MANAGEMENT The SummerGlen Homeowners' Association is managed by Leland Management of Ocala. For information or issues concerning your homeowners association, please contact: Linda Gray ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW INFORMATION Most changes to your SummerGlen home require approval of the the Architectural Review Board, (ARB), which represents the Summerglen Homeowners’ Association, (SHOA). The ARB has created a set of guidelines to assist homeowners in submitting requests for such changes, along with an application form that must be submitted for each change request. You may download copies of both the guidelines and the application form below. The application form may be completed on your computer screen after downloading, then a hard copy printed for submission from your home computer printer. (Note, you cannot save a copy of the completed form.) You may also print the blank form and complete by hand.
